Non-Alcoholic Beverage Station

Sparkling water may be added to any beverage package upon request. Decaf coffee available by request.

 

Billed on Consumption

When selecting a billed on consumption beverage package, the beverages will be invoiced after the event is complete. Selections from the Signature and Premium bar menus will be available by request. Up to two items from each menu may be substituted. All wine substitution requests must be made 14 calendar days prior to the event.

 

Open Bar Packages

Open Bars are limited to five hours in length. Up to two items from each menu may be substituted. All wine substitution requests must be made 14 calendar days prior to the event.

 

Outside Beverage

We do not allow outside beverage unless the client is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO). Official documentation must be provided. Donated beverage is allowable for registered NPOs. Corkage, bottle, and keg fees will be applied. No donated beverage may be served for longer than five hours. All donated beverage must be accompanied by a zero balance invoice to indicate the donation.

 

Alcohol Policy

The serving to and/or the consumption of alcohol by persons under 21 years of age is not permitted. Drunkenness will not be tolerated; violators will be asked to leave the property. City Foods & Events prohibits the serving of liquor as a straight pour.

 

Disposable Containers

The use of disposable glassware is required in the following spaces: Sporting Locker Room, The Pitch Apron, UMB Field Club when access to The Pitch Apron is included, Sporting Bay, The Concourse, and the Mazuma Plaza.

 

Bar Set Up

Additional remote bars may be requested at $150 set up fee per bar.

 

Bartenders

Bartenders are staffed by number of guests and type of bar. Additional bartenders may be requested for an additional fee of $100 per bartender.
